Wasn't sure about the internal part at first, but the curve hits the right spot without any fiddling. The ring itself stays snug through the whole session, and the vibration carries through both pieces nicely.
The prostate massager curves exactly where it needs to be, and the vibrating ring stays put even when things get intense. Took me a couple tries to get the angle right, but once I did, the buildup was incredible.
