The dotted texture inside gives just the right amount of bite without being overwhelming, and I love that I can see exactly where I'm hitting with the clear sleeve. Squeezing it at different spots changes the sensation enough that I keep coming back for another session.

The dotted bumps inside give a steady, intense sensation that feels great from start to finish. Squeezing it at different points changes the pressure
The clear material is a nice touch—you can actually see how the dots line up as you move, which makes the whole thing feel more interactive. It’s a bit firmer than I expected, but that’s not a dealbreaker.
